food wholesalers is to maintain long lasting and successful
relationships with our Customers.
All production of meat and poultry products takes place under
U.S.D.A. Inspection. Our facility is fully HACCP Compliant.
Culinaire is also inspected annually by the F.D.A. for proper
HACCP planning of manufactured seafood products. Our facility is
also audited annually by an independent food safety audit
company.
Customers we sell to are more than happy to call our
gourmet food products their own. We
accomplish this in large part by soliciting feedback from our
customers and changing our recipes to suit.
