BUR OAKS farming program
ensures the tenderness and
flavor of the meat by
keeping the Red Deer blood
lines pure. We furnish the
very best of feed and care,
including organically grown
pasture, grain, and hay. No
pesticides, herbicides,
hormones, tranquilizers, or
antibiotics are used.
Bur Oaks Red Deer Venison is
raised on our Iowa organic
farm. Dry aged for 14-21
days, the old fashioned
way. There are no shortcuts
to perfection! Each animal
is inspected and each
processed package is stamped
USDA approved. The USDA
processing plant is new,
state of the art, and works
primarily with independent
producer farms like Bur
Oaks. With both producer
and processor interested in
high quality, value-added,
natural products, consumers
are assured of receiving the
true
quality they want and
deserve.
All meat
products are cut, vacuum
wrapped, fresh flash frozen
and delivered directly
to the consumer. Bur Oaks
serves both residential and
commercial accounts.
Orders are shipped UPS,
Ground or 2 Day Air,
depending on your location.
Upgrade to to overnight
available. Our vacuum
sealed packages are shipped
in Styrofoam lined
corrugated boxes with frozen
gel packs. You will be
notified when your Venison
is
sent and given the scheduled
delivery date and tracking
