Certification Level:
Executive Chef
  • Description:
A chef who is the department head responsible for all culinary units in a hotel, restaurant, club, hospital or any other multiple unit foodservice establishment.
  • Requirements:
Minimum of 3 Years an Executive Chef
 
  • Duration:
Certification is valid as long as the Chef holds the position as Executive Chef, and is a PCA Member in good standing.
  • Cost:
           Certification fee = $450.00
Required Courses:
 
We believe in continuing education.
You only need to take this certification ONCE in your life time! However you must complete yearly educational courses to stay certified.
