RECIPE FOR:  Wild Rice Salad with Raspberry Balsamic Glaze  
   
Portions: 2
 
Ingredients:
Wild Rice Cooked tender, use KAMUT Blend if possible
 
5 oz Smoked Salmon
wedges of half Orange
little Celery, chopped
Garden Green Leaves
Balsamic Glaze
Light Ranch Dressing
 
 
Method:
Mix Smoked Salmon with Ranch Dressing, Wild Rice,
Celery and Orange Wedges.
Sprinkle with Balsamic Glaze (Balsamic Vinegar, Raspberry
reduction)
