RECIPE FOR: Spring Rolls filled with Smoked Salmon  
   
Portions: 8 pieces
 
Ingredients:
8 pc Wonton Skins
16 oz Smoked Salmon
1 oz Pepper crushed
little Lemon juice
1 Red Onion
1 Zucchini - small
few Red Bell Peppers
little Soy Sauce
 
Method:
Sauté Red Onions and Zucchini in little Oil, add Lemon Pepper Honey Smoked Salmon and rest of ingredients. Chill.
Fill into Wonton Skins and fry till golden.
