Method: Cook Rice and Couscous, season, add sautéed Mushrooms and the graded Cheese of your choice. Roll out Puff Pastry, place blanched Spinach leaves on bottom, add the Salmon fillet, top with Rice and Couscous stuffing cover with Spinach leaves. Wrap with Puff Pastry and brush with Eggs.
