RECIPE FOR:  Potato Quiche with Smoked Salmon  
   
Portions: 8
 
 
Ingredients:
2 lbs Potatoes
2 cups fresh Cream
6  Eggs
pinch Nutmeg
pinch Salt
pinch White Pepper
6 oz  Smoked Salmon
4 oz Mozzarella Cheese
 
Method:
Peel Potatoes and slice 1/8 of an inch thick. Boil in Salt Water till soft.
Mix Cream, Eggs, Seasoning, Salmon and Cheese together, pour
over Potatoes and fill into baking dish.
 Bake at 400F°  for 40 minutes and Serve hot
