RECIPE FOR:  Pasta with Sweet Peas with Smoked Salmon  
   
Portions: 8
 
Ingredients:
2 lbs Bow Tie Pasta
 
Sauce:
2 cups Fresh Cream
1 Onion (small)
1 oz Chicken Flavor
1 cup White Wine (Riesling)
4 oz Parmesan Cheese
6 once   Smoked Salmon
pinch Black Pepper
pinch Salt
 
 
Method:
Boil Bow Tie Pasta (add Salt to Water) and strain.
Sauté Onion till golden brown, add rest of
Ingredients, sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese and serve hot.
