RECIPE FOR:  Grilled Salmon Wrap  
   
Portions:  50 pieces
 
Ingredients:
12 pc Tortillas Shells plain
 
12 oz Cream Cheese
16oz Salmon
4 oz Basil leaves fresh
4 oz Tomato diced
2 oz Red Onions diced
12 oz Colby Jack Cheese
Little Ice Berg Lettuce Julienne
1 cup Peanut Thai Dressing
 
 
Method:
Spread Cream Cheese on Fresh Tortilla Shells (cut edges off to
ensure uniform  roll), place other ingredient on and roll together
tight. Chill and slice
 
Note: You may use any of our four flavors - Original, Lemon Pepper,
Cracked Peppers, Chipotle & Lime
