RECIPE FOR:  Edamame Spring Salad  
   
Portions: 4
 
Ingredients:
12 oz of   Smoked Salmon 
2 lb Edamame
1 cup Celery chopped
½  cup Balsamic Vinaigrette
½ cup Ranch Dressing
½ cup Red Bell Peppers
 
 
Method:
Mix ingredients together – chill well before serving
