RECIPE FOR: 

    Croissant filled with Smoked Salmon and Scrambled Eggs

 
   
Portions: 1
 
Ingredients:
1 ea Croissant
1.5 oz  Smoked Salmon
pinch Pepper crushed
2 Eggs
1 spoon Fresh Cream
Fresh Chives
 
 
Method:
Cut Croissant in half and fill with Scrambled Eggs (add fresh cream to keep eggs moist) and  Smoked Salmon, sprinkle with Fresh Chives.
